President Clinton Hospitalized

According to Associated Press, 63 year old former President Bill Clinton was hospitalized in New York for chest pains yesterday. It turns out Clinton had a clogged artery and had 2 stents inserted to correct the problem. Clintons' advisor Douglas Brand said he "is in good spirits and will continue to focus on the work of his foundation and Haiti's relief and long-term recovery effort."

Doctors explained that this isn't unexpected, and that blockages tend to develop 5-10 years after a bypass surgery. In 2004 Clinton underwent a quadruple bypass to repair badly clogged arteries.
