Fall River Mass, former dentist Michael Clair is being charged with a laundry list of offenses. He is accused of using chunks of paperclips in root canals instead of the correct stainless steel posts, then billing medicaid for the supplies he was supposed to use. He obviously did a lot of things on the shady side because he is also charged with assault and battery, larceny, submitting false claims to medicaid, and illegally prescribing drugs.
