According to the Associated Press Utah had to do a little road cow-nstruction. It appears that somehow a cow squeezed itself through a culvert a couple of days ago and became stuck as it traveled further and further through the drain system. A couple noticed the cow through a storm drain as they were out on a walk. The city had to tear up part of the road, but they were able to get the cow into a harness that was attached to a tractor. They hoisted the cow out from under the street to find it was exhausted but alive.
It's good to have a happy ending.
