According to Associated Press, an 8 year old Ohio boy was just trying to do something nice for his parents, but ended up crashing their mini-van. 8 year old Jordan woke up early on Friday morning, went to his mothers purse, grabbed the keys for the van and was going to go to the gas station. Jordan's dad, James, didn't even realize his son was gone until the police brought him home. It turns out Jordan was able to start the van and back it down the driveway, and start driving down the street at about 5 mph. Luckily yet unfortunately he wasn't able to reach the pedals very well and didn't go very far before he crashed...bumped into a telephone pole. Jordan was not injured.
Well Jordan had the best of intentions, at least it was a super slow speed incident close to home, and wasn't with another car on a busy road.
