Mariah Carey is the proud owner of three Jack Russel Terriers, and she does a good job of keeping them maintained and pampered by the vet. So much so that in the course of a month Carey rang up a bill of over $37,000! She apparently uses the services of an up-scale New York vet that makes house calls to celebs, and received a bill for $37,800 which she only paid $8200 back. While sources wouldn't reveal what kind of treatments the pups received but back in May one of Carey's Dogs gave birth to a little pup. Now the vet has sued Mariah for the remaining balance of her bill aprox $30,000!
