Well the votes are in and you would think that TV's most popular celeb would be a well known high profile celeb like Eva Longoria or Patrick Dempsey...but no. Congrats to one of my favorite actresses Pauley Perrette, according to the Q-rating (a vote to rank celeb popularity) she is the most liked. Pauley is best know for playing Abby, the gothic forensic scientist on NCIS, but you can also see her now doing ads for expedia.com.
