Well it is confirmed, Kat Von D and Jesse James are dating. They have talked with Access Hollywood and People Magazine about there new relationship. Kat says their relationship is new, but she's known Jesse forever, "Since I was 22" she said. Kat goes on to say that Jesse is only her 9th boyfriend. When People Magazine asked if she thought Jesse was 'The One", she said "I believe he is, so yeah."
