Lohan Sentenced To Jail

A judge sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 3 months in jail and to a rehab program for violating the terms of her probation from a 2007 drug charge. Since the charges in '07 Lohan has missed meetings and court dates and has had to wear an alcohol monitor. Lohan will be allowed to turn herself in to authorities on July 20th, which is not uncommon for judges to allow so defendants can get their affairs in order. After hearing the decision, Lindsay, her dad and her sister broke into tears.
