One of the most talked about cast members of Jersey Shore is Snooki, and today she gave herself even more reasons to be talked about. TMZ.com has obtained the video one stumbling Snooki as she attempts to ride a bike and then falls on her face. I'm guessing the stumbling may have something to do with her getting arrested shortly thereafter for disorderly conduct. Sometimes the dumb just can't help but get dumber. So far we have lost Simon Cowell from the Idol judge chair, and now another judge following in his steps... Ellen has just announced that she is out. Rumors also out there that Kara is not under contract this year and she may be out too. Can't help but wonder if there is something seriously wrong behind the scenes.

With more and more rumors circulating about who will replace Simon Cowell, another name has surfaced... Jessica Simpson. Sources tell Entertainment Weekly that Simpson has been talking with Idol Exec's. More rumors are out saying that the rumors regarding the replacement will end as early as August 2nd. Carrie Underwood's husband Mike Fisher said in an interview with the Ottawa Sun, that they "obviously want kids, but that is down the road. ... We don't know exactly when, but definitely we will." The two were married on July 10th, and Mike says "It's awesome... I'm with my best friend and I love her to death. There is nothing better, for sure." Two couple will most likely be settling in Nashville.

Timberlake and Elton John Turn Down 'Idol' Offer

Since Simon Cowell left as a judge on American Idol there have been many rumors circulating on who will fill his spot. Two people that can be crossed off the list is Justin Timberlake and Elton John. Both have reportedly received offers to be the next judge, but both said no. According to deadline.com Justin is focusing on his film career and doesn't have time for a full time TV show. Elton John's reps say that he is already booked til next year.

So that still leaves the question... Who will be the next judge? Chances are we will find out by September.

Barge Hits Oil Well, Starting Another Spill

Just off shore by New Orleans a barge ran into an abandoned well at about 1am this morning. The crash sent water, natural gas and oil shooting 100 feet in the air. Luckily it is a very small leak compared to the BP spill, and there is already a crew in place capping the well and cleaning the mess. This leak was in an area that was already effected by the BP spill.

Kings Of Leon Quit Show Because Of Pigeon Poop

Last Friday night The Kings of Leon were set to play their concert in St. Louis at the outdoor Verizon Amphitheater. But when they started to play they spooked a bunch of pigeons that were nesting in the overhead rafters. The birds would circle above them, dropping poo bombs. The band tried to stick it out but after being hit in the face, the band called it quits.

After the deaths of both Brittney Murphy and her husband Simon Monjack officials are investigating to see if their house had a mold problem. Brittney who passed away in December and her husband who passed 5 months later, both had pneumonia and anemia listed as their cause of death. Medical examiners say mold could have caused respiratory issues. They finally have permission from Brittney's mother to inspect the house.

Porky Pig Beating At Theme Park

According to the Associated Press, Porky Pig took quit a beating at 6 Flags Great America in Gurnee Illinois. Here is the funny part, they guys that threw the punches work at the theme park! Porky Pig is really a female employee and the two guys that jumped her were off-duty employees. Her day started with the guys posing for a picture with her, then they attacked.... They punched her in the mascot head 10-15 times. Police were called and issued the guys citations for battery. The female suffered a headache and stiff neck... No word yet on the condition of Porky Pig.

Lindsay Starts Jail Time

Sentenced to 90 days in jail, Lindsay Lohan has turned herself in to serve her jail time. Her cell will be kept separate from the general population, it is furnished with bunk beds, a toilet, sink, small table and a 6 inch window. She will be allowed to shower every other day, exercise 3 times a week and will receive 2 cold and 1 hot meal a day. It actually sounds like she is getting a fairly true jail experience... that is until the LA Sheriffs dept said that even though she is sentenced to 90 days, she will only serve about 14.

Dog Locked In Hot Car Honks Horn To Alert Owner

Being a dog owner this story makes me a little grumpy, but at least it ends well.

According to the Associated Press; A woman in Pennsylvania left her chocolate lab locked in her car as she went shopping on a 90 degree day. The dog, becoming over heated- and probably grumpy at his owner, began honking the car horn to get her attention. She says she forgot that she had her dog with her, and when she heard her car honking it surprised her because nothing was strange around her vehicle. When she got to her car she found her dog sitting in the driver seat. Immediately she gave Max water and wet him down then took him to the vet.

Smart dog... dumb owner.

Marilyn Monroe's House For Sale

The first and only house that blonde bombshell Marilyn Monroe purchased is now up for sale. In comparison to today's celebrity homes, Monroe's is a bit small and simple, only 2,624 square feet. But it has a pool, citrus grove, and terra cotta floors and is tucked back on a cul-de-sac in LA. Marlyn bought the house for only $90,000 with a 15 year mortgage making her payments only $320 per month. Now the house is on the market for $3.6 million.

Pink Injured During Concert

During her concert in Germany today, Pink was injured and had to be rushed to the hospital. During her show, Pink fell out of a harness and into a barracade. She was rushed off the stage, put in an ambulance and taken to the hospital. Of course she apologized to the fans for ending the show that way. After getting x-rays and checked over Pink posted on Twitter "...nothings broken, no fluid in the lungs, just seriously sore."

BP Finally Stops Leak... For Now.

Today was this first time in 85 days that the well in the Gulf Coast hasn't spued oil into the ocean. The new cap, weighing 75 tons stopped up the stream of oil, but this might not be the end of the leaking situation. Now BP is going to have to watch the whole area around the well to make sure too much pressure doesn't build and blow out the pipeline under the seafloor, which would be too big of a leak to stop. If there is any signs of high pressure BP will open up the cap to allow oil to flow back into the Gulf again.

Guess we need to keep our fingers crossed.

18th Century Boat Found Under World Trade Center Site

The last thing anyone expected to find 30 feet below ground under the site of the World Trade Center was the hull of a boat. That is was construction workers unearthed this last week, they found large timbers poking through the ground and continued to dig it up. They discovered it's the hull of a boat that was used as part of the fill used back in the 18th century to extend Manhattan to the Hudson River. More Details On Carrie Underwoods Wedding

On Saturday Carried Underwood married Mike Fisher and had a beautiful wedding in Atlanta, we are finally able to get more details on her wedding ceremony. She wore a white chantilly lace dress, she kept her hair and make-up low key. She skipped on a lot of the bling and sparkle with a delicate crown and veil. Her puppy was even included into the day, she dressed him up in a little pink tux! Shortly after the 'I do's' she changed into a cocktail dress so she could dance the night away, then it was off to their honeymoon in Tahiti.

On again, off again, on again.... Just announced the shocking secret engagement of Bristol Palin and her baby-daddy Levi Johnston. Rumors have been circulating about them getting back together, but nobody thought they were talking marriage again. They broke their announcement to OK Magazine first... as in, before they told mom, Sarah Palin. Bristol was nervous on how her mom would take the news.

Who would of thought that one woman could make so many people mad just by playing a piano? Apparently it is easy to do if you are Lady Gaga and the piano you're playing belonged to John Lennon. During a recent visit to Yoko Ono's house, Gaga played the piano with Sean Lennon's (Johns son) blessings. In fact Sean posted the photos of Gaga, but took them down after so many people complained. Tonight We Say Goodbye To Capt. Phil Harris

Tonight will be an emotional night for any fan of the TV show, 'The Deadliest Catch'. Tonight the cast and fans of the series will show tribute to the captain of the Cornelia Marie. Capt Phil passed away in February from stroke complications, he was 53 years old. Tonight on the Discovery channel is a 2 hour special episode of 'The Deadliest Catch' to say goodbye to Capt. Phil.

Friday night, four songs into his concert in Chicago, Carlos Santana proposed to his girlfriend. His now fiance is the drummer in his band, and he popped the question just after her big drum solo. She said yes, they sealed it with a kiss, and the crowd cheered. Santana was married for 34 years to Deborah Santana, that marriage ended in 2007.

Jon Bon Jovi Injured

Jon Bon Jovi injured during concert carries on to finish show. Towards the end of his concert Friday night he did something wrong and tore his calf muscle. He limped his way through the rest of the show, even coming back for an encore. Even with his injury Bon Jovi still plans to keep all summer concert dates. The rumors were true... Saturday was the day. On Saturday July 10th Carrie Underwood married NHL player Mike Fisher. The ceremony took place at the Ritz/Carlton outside of Atlanta, Georgia. Celine Dion Is Preggers!

After trying and trying again with in-vetro fertilization Celine Dion and husband just announced they are expecting, but not just A baby... but twins!!! The baby boys are due to arrive in November, which is great news for the family, they have constantly struggled with pregnancy. Suffering a miscarriage and multiple IVF attempts, conceiving has not been an easy task for them. In fact their 9 year old son Rene-Charles was also conceived using IVF after 6 years of trying.

PT Cruisers Come To A Dead End

Today marked the last day of production for Chrysler's PT Cruiser. The cruiser came to life in 2000, in the height of the SUV craze and it dominated the market. People fell in love with the retro design and affordability, so what happened to make it fall? Technology happened and the inability to keep up. Currently the Cruiser is on the bottom of the list for affordable compact wagons, its downfall is the small engine and unchanging design.

Mileys Transistion To Adult Music Has Slow Start

At 17 years old, Miley Cyrus is trying to transition from Disney aged audiences to adult listeners. However that transition is off to weak start. Her new album 'Can't Be Tamed' has fallen from #3 to #9 on the Billboard Top 200, it has been out for two weeks only selling $135,000 copies. Compared to her first album 'Breakout" which sold 534,000 copies, this latest effort is disappointing.
The drop in popularity is thought to be because so many of her fans are kids, and they are put off by her grown-up new look and sound. Also adults might not be interested in her, one because she is only 17 but dressing like she's 27, and because she is associated with being a Disney kid singer.
Either way Miley has a long way to go to get her popularity back.

What Lindsay Wrote About During Court

What appeared to be doodling while in court is actually very organized notes on her case. Lindsay Lohan, although having a reputation as a party girl, kept surprisingly neat and informative notes during court regarding her alcohol classes and court ordered meetings. Dean Returns Home From Hospital

After puncturing and collapsing his lung last Tuesday, Dean McDermott (husband to Tori Spelling) was just released from the hospital. Tori kept followers up-to-date via Twitter, she knew Dean was starting to feel better when he asked for an Oreo Blizzard. Meanwhile to keep their two kids busy while daddy was in the hospital, Tori rented Twilight New Moon and got fast food.
Dean injured himself in a dirt bike accident.

'Idol" Tour Cancels Concert Dates... No Interest

This years American Idol tour is traveling at a slow pace. Even though the tour just kicked off on July 1, poor sales show this years tour is in danger. So far concerts scheduled for Toronto, Winnipeg, Cleveland, Omaha, Kansas City and Portland have already canceled their dates. And Concert dates scheduled for Chicago, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Bridgeport have rescheduled their dates with the threat of them being canceled as well.
There are many factors being considered for why the tour isn't doing well, starting with the lack of interest in this season. In comparison some would say that this season was boring. Other reasoning is the economy, many artists are having a hard time filling their seats. Artists like Christina Aguilera, Limp Bizkit even the Jonas Brothers all have had to cancel some concert dates.

Price Of Stamps To Increase

The price of stamps through the United States Postal Service is on the rise again. USPS just announced that the price of a first class stamp with increase from 44 cents to 46 cents. The change is set to take place in January 2011. The price hike is in result of the USPS losing $3.8 billion last year. The economy and the Internet are two forces that are attacking the US Mail.

Lohan Sentenced To Jail

A judge sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 3 months in jail and to a rehab program for violating the terms of her probation from a 2007 drug charge. Since the charges in '07 Lohan has missed meetings and court dates and has had to wear an alcohol monitor. Lohan will be allowed to turn herself in to authorities on July 20th, which is not uncommon for judges to allow so defendants can get their affairs in order. After hearing the decision, Lindsay, her dad and her sister broke into tears.

As mentioned last month there were rumors that actress Kate Hudson was dating the lead singer from the rock group Muse. Over the weekend Matt Bellamy of Muse confirmed that he and Hudson are dating. Apparently things are going very well because Hudson has set up a time next week for Bellamy and her legendary mother, Goldie Hawn, to meet.

Princess Diana's Hair Made Into Jam

Leave it to the English to come up with something surreal and bazaar. A catering company called, "Bompas and Parr" have created a jam made from the hair of the late Princess Diana. Sam Bompas purchased a very small amount of Di's hair from an online celebrity hair collector. He took a very small speck of her hair infused it with gin, milk and sugar, and turned that mixture into a Jam called "Occult Jam".

Today is Lindsay Lohans Birthday, she turned 24 today. Today is also the day that she got hit in the face by a waitress. Early this morning Lohan was at a club in Los Angeles, a witness says that Lohan was sipping Red Bull when the waitress came out of nowhere and hit her in the face. Apparently there was a guy involved. The waitress liked the guy and was jealous that Lohan was hanging with him. Lohan ran out of club, later going to the club, Rockstar House, where who did she run into again?!? The Jealous waitress was there too, which left Lohan crying on her birthday.

Clinton Wedding Details Leaked

Just weeks before the wedding of former First Daughter Chelsea Clinton, details of the super secret ceremony have leaked. Associated Press broke the story saying an anonymous source told them where their vows will be taken. The ceremony will take place in the up state New York town of Rhinebeck, and will be held at a mansion just outside of town.

Ozzy Has DNA Researched For Answers To His Long Life

Sometimes he just amazes himself. Ozzy Osbourne is surprised that he has lived as long as he has after all the drugs and alcohol he has abused over the years. So surprised that he is looking to understand what it is about him that has kept him so healthy. He has enlisted the help of DNA researchers, apparently Ozzy asked a genomics company in Massachusetts to map his DNA. A spokesperson from the company says they may not get a definite answer to his longevity but may get a better understanding of how DNA and environment.

Kelsey Grammer Served With Divorce Papers

After 13 years of marriage Kelsey Grammers wife, Camille Donatacci filed for divorce. Her lawyer filed the paperwork citing the generic "irreconcilable differences" reason. The couple has two children, an 8 year old daughter and 5 year old son. Camille is asking for joint custody with her being the primary residence, and of course that means child and spousal support. Kelsey is currently performing theater on Broadway, and his wife who is a former Playboy model is currently on the cast for "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Tori Spellings Husband, Dean, In ICU

After being in an accident on his dirt bike, Dean McDermott is currently in intensive care at the hospital. McDermott suffered a punctured and collapsed lung, he will probably be in ICU for a couple of days, but will make a full recovery. Dean dosn't seem to have the best of luck on two wheels, earlier this year he fractured his shoulder in a motorcycle accident.

**I'm sure they will use this accident to attempt to have an interesting plot on their "reality" TV show 'Tori & Dean Home Sweet Hollywood'. But I'm sure it will just result in Dean trying to hide the accident and Tori finding out and yelling... alot. Shocking.
