Banning Chocolate Milk In Schools?

With childhood obesity becoming more and more common- some schools in California and Florida are considering banning chocolate milk from the cafeteria. Chocolate milk, besides being tasty, is the easiest way to get most kids to drink their milk (which is necessary for their development). However school districts think that that 1 carton of chocolate milk a day which contains either corn syrup or sugar is what is causing kids to pack on the pounds.
I have to say that I disagree with saying chocolate milk is bad-- but hey if California wants to ban chocolate milk in schools- that is just that much less milk their state needs to produce, which will only help Wisconsin keep its title of the 'Dairy State'.
