While the Gulf Coast is fighting its biggest ecologic disaster, the CEO of BP was caught hanging out off the coast of England. He was there to watch the yacht races and to get his life back to normal. This just doesn't look very good, you would think he would be stationed in the south, trying to find someone to fix the oil leak.
