TLC's reality TV show '19 Kids and Counting' got their newest addition last year on December 10th. When mother Michelle Duggar had to go in for an emergency c-section, little baby Josie was born at only 1 pound 6 ounces. Since December Josie has been in NICU, that is until June 25th when she was finally able to go home. She was going to come home earlier but 12 of her siblings came down with the chicken pox, so it really wasn't safe for her to be there.
