"Dancing" Watched More Than "Idol"

For the first time in the history of both shows, Dancing With the Stars drew in more viewers than American Idol. According to the Neilson Co. last week nearly 3 million more people watched DWTS instead of Idol. Experts are saying that the difference is due to a couple of reasons; There are bigger stars on DWTS especially because of Kate Gosselin and the drama of Erin Andrews, and the beauty of Pam Anderson. They also say that this years talent on Idol is weak, Idol is finally starting to show its age.

Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy Announce Split Via Twitter

After being together for 5 years Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey are calling it quits. It appears to be a very friendly split, they both made similar comments on wishing each other the best. Carrey posted on Twitter; " "Jenny and I have just ended our 5yr relationship. I'm grateful 4 the many blessings we've shared and I wish her the very best! S'okay! ?;^>."
Carrey has been married twice before and Jenny has been married once, and the each have children from their previous marriages.

Tori & Dean, Not Headed To Splitsville

If you watch the TV show 'Tori & Dean, Home Sweet Hollywood', or have even just caught previews of the show, you may have noticed that they hint they are on the way to splitting up. Some websites are even saying Tori and Dean are getting a divorce. Those rumors have just been cleared up by Tori during an interview this morning on 'The Today Show', Tori says they are not breaking up or getting a divorce. During this new season of their reality show they go through problems just like any other couple does, and they work on those problems like any other couple does.

8 Year Old Takes Van Out To Get Gas

According to Associated Press, an 8 year old Ohio boy was just trying to do something nice for his parents, but ended up crashing their mini-van. 8 year old Jordan woke up early on Friday morning, went to his mothers purse, grabbed the keys for the van and was going to go to the gas station. Jordan's dad, James, didn't even realize his son was gone until the police brought him home. It turns out Jordan was able to start the van and back it down the driveway, and start driving down the street at about 5 mph. Luckily yet unfortunately he wasn't able to reach the pedals very well and didn't go very far before he crashed...bumped into a telephone pole. Jordan was not injured.
Well Jordan had the best of intentions, at least it was a super slow speed incident close to home, and wasn't with another car on a busy road.

Death Threats Don't Stop Dancer

As if ESPN's Erin Andrews hasn't been through enough in the last few months, now while competing on Dancing With The Stars, the trouble continues. Andrews has recently been receiving death threats! As soon as Andrews's attorney found out about the threats they got the FBI involved. Just to be extra safe there has also been an increase in security for Erin and her family, and more on the set of DWTS. Which by the way, Erin has not been scared off the show. She will continue dancing, in fact she is taking the stage tonight to perform The Waltz. Dancing With The Stars continues tonight on ABC.
