The Raiders football team have selected their cheerleading team for the 2011-12 season, and taking to the field for the first time is Susie Sanchez aka Grandma. Susie has been trying and trying to make the team and her dream finally came true for her. At 37 years old she will take to the field for her first season, while most cheerleaders have retired before 37, Susie is not the oldest cheerleader in the NFL.
