Rookie Cheerleader Is A Grandma!

The Raiders football team have selected their cheerleading team for the 2011-12 season, and taking to the field for the first time is Susie Sanchez aka Grandma. Susie has been trying and trying to make the team and her dream finally came true for her. At 37 years old she will take to the field for her first season, while most cheerleaders have retired before 37, Susie is not the oldest cheerleader in the NFL. Laura Vikmanis cheers for the Bengals and holds the title of the oldest active cheerleader at 42 years old.

Spears Sued For Being Nasty

Another law suit has been filed again Britney Spears, this time for being disgusting. Former body guard Fernando Flores, has filed paperwork stating that Britney went days without bathing, wearing deodorant or brushing her teeth. He says that we always smelt like stale cigarettes, passed gas and picked her nose in front of him, and made unwanted sexual advances. Flores said this caused anxiety and suffered depression while working for her. Click here to read more on Britney's nasty behaviors.

The Passing Of Amy Winehouse

This weekend I would like to say that the world was shocked by the passing of singer Amy Winehouse, but unfortunately it was not a horrible surprise that we didn't see coming. With incredible talent Winehouse had a very successful first album and brought a new element to the music scene, but her drug and alcohol addictions were just a train wreck waiting to happen. As of right now the official cause of death has not been determined and is waiting for the toxicology reports from her autopsy. It is definitely and eye-opener to the powers of drugs and the pressures of fame. Click here to read more on the passing of Winehouse.

Back To Work...

Well it's Monday, and I'm back in the saddle after having a few days off to travel with our sister station CC106.3 to Country Jam USA in Eau Claire. Overall the weekend was awesome. We dealt with some pretty warm temps, and a few strong storms, but the show went on and the entertainment was great.

Yesterday morning the Celebrity Apprentice Judge, Ivanka Trump, gave birth to her first child. Her and hubby Jared Kushner welcomed their new little baby girl. This makes Ivanka's dad, Donald Trump, a grandfather... bet that kid's not going to be spoiled at all. Ivanka and hubby says that they the are going to work really hard to make sure their child grows up with good values and isn't spoiled... We'll see.

Lady Gaga Loses Title Of Most 'Liked'

Lady Gaga has held the title of the most 'liked' musician on facebook for a very long time... but not any more. Rihanna has now claimed that title. As of this morning Lady Gaga had 40,776,997 fans and Rihanna has 40,888,817 fans. It's a close battle but still the numbers don't lie, Rihanna has stolen the title.

Gaga Egged For Stage Prop

While in Sydney Australia, Lady Gaga was the target of an egg attack. Apparently

a group of people were upset at Gaga for her latest stage prop, a wheelchair. She used the chair to be wheeled in while she was dressed in her mermaid outfit (in which her legs are bound). After 7 years of marriage singer Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony are calling it quits. The couple are parents to twin 3 year olds Max and Emme. The split is amicable, and as they told Us Weekly, it is a difficult time and they ask for privacy.

While on their North American tour, we have seen Kate Middleton dressed to impress at every events she attends. Whether it's skinny jeans, sailor outfits, western wear and her famous dresses, she rocks every style. However, Kate is bringing back a fashion accessory that I was so happy to see go away.... pantyhose. Everytime Kate steps out with bare legs they are still always covered in sheer nylons. And apparently the trend is catching back on because people are going crazy for wearing pantyhose again. Yuck!!! you couldn't pay me enough to wear nylons in this icky sticky humid hot summer weather!!

Kate Hudson Welcomes Baby

It was a busy weekend in the celebrity maternity ward! Actress Kate Hudson gave birth to a little baby boy on Saturday night. Kate and fiance Matthew Bellamy from the band 'Muse' welcomed their new baby. This is the second child for kate, who's other son is 7 year old Ryder. No word yet on a name for their new little one.

Beckhams Welcome Baby Girl

Over the weekend the Beckham family welcomed their 4th child and1 first daughter into the world. Yesterday morning at 7:55am Victoria gave birth to their 7 pound 5 ounce little girl. The daughter joins the family of 12 year old Brooklyn, 8 year old Romeo and 6 year old Cruz. As for a name, the girls name is... Harper Beckham, and both mom and baby are going well.

Will and Kate Sport Cowboy Hats

While on their North America tour, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, have traveled from one side of Canada to the next. They have experienced so many different cultures along the way, but tradition threw them for a loop. While in Calgary one of their traditions is to wear a white cowboy hat, which Will and Kate opted out of trying on when the Mayor presented them. But as damage control for the snub both Will and Kate made an appearance at a rodeo, dressed in full western gear- including the hats. 5th Pirates Movie In The Works For Depp

Johnny Depp is in the works for a 5th Pirates of the Caribbean movie. Producer Jerry Bruckheimer has had the script for the 5th version but would only agree to make it if Johnny Depp agreed to star in it. Most of the decision weighed on how well the 4th edition played out, and being 'POTC, On Stranger Tides' is doing very well in the boxoffice making over $1 million so far, Depp is currently negotiating on the 5th edition.

The Verdict Is In.... Shocked!

After a month and a half long trial and thousands of hours of media coverage, the jury has finally come to a verdict. It is a judgment that make many people who followed the case very upset, they found Casey Anthony not-guilty of all charges except lying to investigators. Autopsy Says Crash Didn't Kill Randy Savage

Back in May pro-wrestler Macho Man Randy Savage died in a car accident in Florida. The autopsy results show that Randy did not die due to injuries of the car accident. Instead it was found that Randy had an enlarged heart with with hardened arteries. It is not known if Randy knew about his heart condition.
