Seattle Police Department have some explaining to do... like why they driving around with, then leaving unattended, a rifle on the trunk of their car. This police car was spotted by several pedestrians parked on the street with no officers around, and before they could notify somebody an officer did arrive and drive away with the gun still on the car. Some bystanders did try and chase down the officer while others notified pedal-bike police. Eventually the gun was retrieved and put away... but with plenty of embarrassment.
