Swift just had a lawsuit filed against her and her parents by her former manager Dan Dymtrow. He discovered Taylor and got her signed when she was just starting out in 2004. He was then fired a year later, but now says that he is owed millions in commission for starting her career. This case will eventually find its way to a federal judge, but no trial date has been set.
