Carrie Underwood Is Engaged!

We just found out earlier this week that Carrie Underwood IS in fact engaged. Her spokesperson confirmed that Carrie is engaged to hockey player Mike Fisher. No wedding date has been set yet, but I bet it will be done in true Underwood style. I bet it will be a big, down home, glamorous wedding and she will look amazing. Congrats Carrie!

Steven Tyler Checks Into Rehab

Just announced by Steven Tyler himself, he is checking into rehab for his addiction to pain killers. Tyler who is now 61 years old has suffered quit a few injuries while on the road in his many years of music making, the latest happening when he fell from stage while preforming at the Sturgis motorcycle rally this past August. From the sounds of this Tyler is motivated to get clean and start preforming and recording again.

Hot New Toy Of The Season

Well the hottest toy since the Cabbage Patch Kids hit the stores in short supply, just in time for the holidays. The Zhu Zhu is a robotic hamster that was originally called a 'Go Go Pet' when it was first created by a local St. Louis company called Cepia LLC. When the toys went national they changed their name to Zhu Zhu Pets. In their early stages of sale there were reports that the toy was made from hazardous metals, but since then have stomped out all concerns and has a clean bill of health from Consumer Health and Safety. The toys are found at big box stores like Toys-R-Us and Wal-mart. Toys-R-Us already sold 1 million of the toys weeks before Christmas and each store was to be getting about 400 each before the holidays. Wal-Mart was supposed to be getting 20-60 toys per store per day before the holidays. Now with the Christmas weekend underway it is said that if you havent gotten this hot new toy by now, you will be waiting until well after Christmas.

Well it is hard to believe but the Holidays are quickly approaching.

As of Friday night I feel pretty prepared, but as it gets closer to Christmas I become full of doubt. Maybe some of you share in the same stress... Did I get them the right gift? Should I get them something more? Will I be able to make to everyones' house this year? When should I make my last batch of cookies? What do I make for dinner and how can I get the house cleaned in time for the In-laws visit? You know the usual holiday stresses.

But with all the chaos of the Holidays, I have a hard time getting caught up in it, because I try to remind myself... it's not about the presents. Family is my favorite part of the season, and remembering what the season is really all about.

With that I wish you all Happy Holidays! Enjoy your time with the family and have fun!

Just In Time For Christmas... The Divorce Is Final.

Well it's official... after 10 years of marriage and 8 children, the divorce between Jon and Kate Gosselin is final. The divorce was filed back in June while filming the last of their TLC TV show 'Jon and Kate Plus Eight'. It sounds as though the division of assets went rather well, in comparison to how nasty they have been to each other lately. Kate will get their house in Penn and be primary caretaker of the eight children. As far as custody goes, they were able to work out their own schedule. However when it comes to their finances, they left the court to decide who gets what.

It's A Boy!!!

Kendra and Hank Baskett welcomed their first baby into the world on Friday morning!

A 9lb 5 oz baby boy was born via C-section and both mom and baby are doing well. And the baby's name... Hank Baskett IV.

Tom Brady and Gisele Have Baby Boy

Well it was announced on wednesday two of the prettiest people just gave birth to what will probably one of the prettiest baby boys. NFL star Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bundchen finally welcomed their new little baby. They had a little baby boy, the name is yet to be released.

Ochocinco To Change Name Again?

Newly re-named pro football player for the Bengals Chad Ochocinco may be making another new name change. After an episode on Ustream Ochocinco announced he may try to change his name to 'Hachi-Go'. Apparently Chad has a bunch of fans from Japan and they suggested that he should re-name himself to Hachi-Go, which is Japanese for 8-5.

Ok the change from Johnson to Ochocinco was odd yet kinda neat.... it made him standout, but how many times does he think he needs to do this? If this is a theme then we are in for a long haul of name changes since there is like a billion different ways to say 8-5. The poor makers of his jerseys... they'll never be able to keep up. Stop with the name changes and just play the game.

Jackass Star Gets a Cleaner Record

Steve-O from the Movie/T.V. show "Jackass" get his police record cleaned up just a bit for being sober. After a felony cocaine arrest in 2008 Steve-O has remained sober for the last 18 months. After stopping by the courthouse to prove his sobriety, the judge was so impressed that he dropped the cocaine possession (felony) and erased the arrest from his record. Steve-O says he's never been happier now that he is sober.

Ok, it is a great thing that he has kept sober for this long... but... he still broke the law... he was busted red-handed! How can that just be erased? If he wasn't a celebrity would that have happened? I doubt that would happen to any blue collar person. What is up with celebrity favoritism? Between Steve-O and Adrain Peterson, looks like celebs can get away with just about anything.

Knox Found Guilty

American student Amanda Knox who has been on trial in Italy for the past year for murder learned her fate on Friday. A guilty verdict was found with a sentancing of 26 years in prison. Knox along with two other people have been found guilty of murder and sexual assult of British roommate Meredith Kercher, who was found in 2007 with her throat slashed. When asked, Amanda'a Dad said he would still fight for her. More details at yahoo.com.

John and Kate Plus 8 Is Done

Well the final episode of TLC's show, John and Kate plus 8 aired last Monday. That is just one less of many outlets available to watch, read, or hear about their crazy screwed up lives. My hopes go out to the children, that maybe from here on out their lives get on track to some sort of normality. But my gut is telling me probably not... how else could you contiue to support that life style other than through show business. I'm guessing a new reality show is in the works.

Octo-Mom Wants More?!?

After in interview with NBC's Matt Lauer and heard again on Good Morning America it is true.. Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman is open to the idea of having more children. She says that if she ever gets married she would be willing and WANTING to have another child. She says her first 14 kids were from one chapter of her life, if she were to marry that would be a new chapter with new possibilities.

She needs to end here child bearing chapters! Enough kids already!

Tiger Woods Injured in Car Accident

Early Friday morning Tiger Woods was involved in a single vehicle accident resulting in minor injuries. The accident occured at about 2:20 am at the end of Woods' driveway at his mansion home in Florida. According to TMZ.com their sources say the accident occured after Tiger and his wife got into a "domestic issue" (aka a fight). Tiger backed out of his driveway then just a short ways down the street (less than 100ft) hit a fire hydrant and a tree with his Cadillac SUV. Air bags were not deployed and Tiger suffered minor cuts to his lips. His wife said she heard the accident and came out to find Tiger, reports say she used a golf club to break out the back window to get him out. Police found Tiger laying in the road with his wife hovering over him. Tiger was treated and released.
I just wonder if the window was really broken out after the accident or if maybe that's what caused the accident?

Middle School Football Player Towers Over All Others

The middle School in Ellensburg Washington has a secret weapon that towers over any other team. Brenden Adams is their secret weapon.... his special power; he hold the Guiness Book record for being the tallest teenage boy. He measures in at a whopping 7'4"!
When Adams was born he started out as a normal boy measuring just over 19" then as he got older he got much taller; at 5 months Brenden had all his teeth and gained 14 pounds, at 5 he was 4'5" and now at 14 he is 7'4". Now you might be thinking he must be an incredible athlete but in all honesty his height comes with alot of medical downfalls. At 14 he already has arthritis, cant run, and gets winded easy. Adams might not be the star player or even take the field that often, but when he does it makes him feel like a regular teenage kid and that is important to him.

He's on a hot streak with his chart topping single 'Small Town USA' Justin Moore has a lot of good news coming his way including that him and his wife are expecting a baby in February. He says they plan to name the baby Ella Kole. Ella is a name his wife likes and Kole is Justin's middle name. Congrats!

He has contracted a run of 15 shows a year for the next 5 years. The scheduled set for one show on friday, two shows on saturday and one show on sunday at the Encore Theatre, tickets are all priced at $125 a piece. This has just been the answer to alot of Brooks' fans prayers.

Brad Paisley Surprises 1,000,000th Concert Goer

Thursday night at Brad Paisley's very popular American Saturday Night Tour, he surprised his 1,000,000 concert going fan with an amazing gift. He gave the Florida native fan a 2009 Chevy Silverado truck. How awesome is that?!? The couple, Tim and Amber Brown where approached as they entered the concert hall and where told they were selected for a ticket upgrade to front row seats. Then after the show they were approached again and invited backstage to meet Brad. Still not knowing anything about what was going on they followed backstage where they met Brad. Then Paisley took the couple out back and showed them the new truck and handed the keys over saying. "It's yours". The surprise came at a great time.. Tim is in the Navy and the couple is expecting their 3rd child. Brad Paisley...what a great guy.

The success of Taylor Swifts 2nd album 'Fearless' has become unstoppable. Not only has every song and music video that she has released off the album been a success for her but the tour that goes along with it has been amazing. So amazing in fact that while completing the final four concerts from the Fearless Tour 2009 this weekend, Taylor has just announced that she will be extending the tour into next year. Fearless 2010 Tour has just been announced with tour dates starting in Australia then coming back to the US. The closest she will be coming to us is St. Paul MN on May 7th.

Paris Hilton is a pig....owner. That is right Paris Hilton has gotten the ball rolling on her new pet project. Hilton will be receiving a Royal Dandie Miniature pig in just over a month. $4500.00 is the price that was payed for a miniature pot-belly piglet that she will be getting from a breeder in Oregon. The breeder says that these mini pigs are healthy, friendly, clean, and more intelligent than a dog. I wonder is Hiltons assistant will be thinking the same thing... you know that is who will end up spending more time with it than Paris. I think this piggy is adorable and I believe that is would make an amazing pet and friend... I just have a problem with these celebs that get these tiny pets for fashion accessories instead of friendship. What do you think?

Gretchen Wilson Starts Own Recording Label

After spending her career under the SonyBMG label, Gretchen Wilson has started her own recording label called Redneck Records. The first single to drop from her label will be new music by her. The single is called Work Hard, Play Harder and is set to drop October 26th and the music video will begin airing mid October. If anyone has any doubts on a artist starting their own label just look what it did for Toby Keith.. Not only is he really high on Forbes moneymakers list but he has all the creative freedom that he wants. I'm excited to hear what Wilson will be coming out with.

Hef Soon To Be Single

Playboy founder Hugh Hefner is soon to be a free man... he has finally filed the papers to divorce his estranged wife of 11 years Kimberly Conrad. They have been seperated for over a decade but Hef has supported her and their two children by letting her live next door. Apparently everything was fine until Hef sold that house. Conrad got mad saying Hef was screwing her out of 5 million bucks. Hefner filed the papers stating irreconsilable differences, and is asking for her to pay him spousal support of $20,000 a month to justify the nearly $12 million he has given her since their split. The latest on the Courtney Love upset with Guitar Hero 5. As last reported the widow the Kurt Cobain was mad that Activision used Cobains likeness without her permission. Now we learn the truth behind her anger... In the new game a player can pick their character to sing along with all the songs. Love is mad that a player can become Cobain where he is forced to "lip sync" to other bands songs... and most disturbing Kurt Cobain has to sing Bon Jovi songs. Apparently Love and her lawyers are offended to see the image of Cobain singing Bon Jovi tunes and ask that fans of Cobain "strongly voice their sentiments to Activision and demand his image not be debased by sing the songs of Bon Jovi".
As petty as it seems, as a Nirvana fan I would have to agree, no way would Kurt Cobain sell out to be imaged as singing main stream.

Courtney Love Hates Guitar Hero

Courtney Love, the widow to Kurt Cobain is beyond upset with Activision the publisher of video game Guitar Hero 5. As posted on her Twitter account "For the record this Guitar Hero (expletive) is breach of contract...". Love is fighting mad about the depiction of her late husband on the video game, she says she didn't give them permission to use his image. Activision on the other hand says that Love helped with every step of the way even saying that working with her was smooth and easy. Who do you believe? Love is low filing a law suit against Activision and Guitar Hero.

LeAnn Rimes Calls It Quits

After much consideration and about a one year split LeAnn Rimes has decided to call it quits and file for divorce. Rimes married Dean Sheremet a dancer that she met at an awards show and then married in 2002. Rumors have been floating around that she has been dating actor Eddie Cibrian, who she met on the set of the TV show "Northern Lights".
Rimes goes on to say on her website that the decision for divorce is a mutual decision and they remain "committed and caring friends".

Worlds Oldest Dog Dies

A dachshund from New York that holds the record for being the oldest dog has just passed away. Last friday Chanel the wire-haired dachshund passed away from natural causes at 21 years of age. Chanel loved to wear sweaters, wore tinted goggles for her cataracts and broke the major dog rule... She loved chocolate. Usually chocolate can be fatal to dogs but it seemed not to phase Chanel. Now there are other people coming forward, saying their dogs are older, that could be true but Chanel will always be the first pup to hold the title.

Lottery Winner Blows Millions.. Almost Broke Again

Six years ago in the UK a 16 year old girl won about $3 million, and has blown almost all of it and wishes she had never won it to start with. Callie Rogers won the lottery and instantly started spending, wasting her money on fancy cars, breast implants, drugs and parties. She said that just on designer clothes she spent over $730,000. Rogers now wishes she never would have won the money and if she knew then what she knows now she would have given it all back. Just 6 years after her win she only has $32,000 left.

I have a hard time sympathising with this girl, I cant help but wonder where were the parents to help guide this young adult with her spending? I mean $3 million to a teenager is like putting a hungry kid in a huge candy store. Of course you want everything because you can, at 16 I highly doubt she knew what was truly important with money management. Given the chance I would gladly try my hand at managing my lottery winnings. What would you do if you won that kind of cash?

Shania Twain To Make A Come-Back

After putting things on hold for while after all the drama of her split with husband "Mutt" Lange, Shania Twain is planning a slow but sure come-back. This week she will be sitting in as a guest judge at the Chicago auditions for American Idol. Twain has also recently updated fans on what going on in her life by posting a letter and a video on her website. She wanted to show fans that she and son Eja are doing better and thanks everyone for their support during her difficult times. The good news is her own life has now inspired her once again, there is no news on recording new music yet but she is starting to write again.
I can't wait to see the new independent Shania.

Michael Jacksons Death Ruled Homicide

The death of Michael Jackson was just declared homicide from a lethal dose of Propofol. In fact it was just learned that the details of the events that happened the morning of Jacksons death are very different from what was originally reported.
It turns out the night before his death Jackson was given a bunch of different drugs so he could sleep then at 10:40am Dr. Murry gave him more Propofol and about 10 minutes after was found not breathing. It was originally reported that 911 was called right away but really Dr. Murry made three phone calls lasting 47 minutes before 911 was called at 12:21pm.

Millionaire Murderer Found...Dead

Ryan Jenkins, the murder suspect that has been on the run for the last couple of days was found dead in a Canadian motel room. The motel manager found Jenkins hanging from the coat rack Sunday morning. It was reported that a young female checked into the room for him but left as soon as the room was secured, she is not a person of interest.
The family of the slain swim suit model Jasmine Fiore said they are happy that Jenkins was found and that he had commited suicide.

Model Found in Suitcase... Mutilated

Here is the latest on the Tragic death of Swim Suit model Jasmine Fiore. According to TMZ.com Fiores body was found in a suitcase and her fingertips and teeth had been removed, apparently to hinder identification.

In the midst of this shocking story this is where I find science to be very cool... Obviously with no fingerprints or ability to match dental records, how were authorities able to identify Jasmine? The medical examiner was able to match the serial number from her breast implants to her medical records. At this time from they have ruled her cause of death to be strangulation.

Now to the alleged scum-bag murderer Ryan Jenkins... Investigators think that he has fled back to Canada, but they are very motivated to catch him. Anyone found helping him is automatically facing jail time, there is also a $25,000 reward to anyone with info on him.

"Megan Wants a Millionaire...Not a Murderer"

If you haven't heard a Vh1 celebreality show has just become more popular than ever imagined... but for all the wrong reasons. Megan Wants A Millionaire is a reality show where hopeful sugar-baby Megan dates seventeen men eventually narrowing it down to one winner that she 'loves'. At least she is being honest and up front that she is primarily looking for money and love comes after that.

Now I am a huge Vh1 junkie... I watch all the reality shows (even the many re-runs) on Vh1 but never would I have imagined that one of their shows would be brought to so many non-Vh1 fans eyes.

It turns out that one of the contestants... Ryan Jenkins is wanted for murder. Now this show filmed before the murder occured but Vh1 has suspended any further episodes of the show. Ryan Jenkins (Canadian Citizen) is wanted for the murder of his ex-wife, swim suit model Jasmine Fiore. Their pictures are below and more details to come.

Another Farewell To Michael

Michael Jackson would be celebrating his 51th birthday on August 29th, instead that is the day set for his official burial, according to father Joe Jackson. Currently the public is being told that Jacksons body is being stored above ground in a freezer, but will be properly buried at Forest Lawn Cemetary on Saturday the 29th.

NASCAR'S Mayfield Drama Continues

Here is the latest drama regarding race car driver Jeremy Mayfield and his stepmom Lisa.
The last we heard was that Lisa has filed a lawsuit again Jeremy for defamation of character after accusing her of killing his father and his drug use.

Now Lisa was arrested Saturday night for tresspassing onto Jeremy's property. While Jeremy and his wife was away a drunken Lisa showed up at his house beating on the door saying she was going to kill them. When employees of Jeremy's opened the door Lisa yelled at them and started pushing and hitting them, one of which is pregnant. Jeremy came home just in time to see the police take his stepmom away. He said that she is the reason he has to post no trespassing signs at his property.

Mayfield says he feels that NASCAR paid Lisa to testify against his about his alleged drug use, and he says that he is the final stages of filing a wrongful death lawsuit again her for the death of his father. Police originally ruled Terry Mayfields death in 2007 a suicide.

It is hard to believe that Britney Spears showed up at the awards show looking much better than Miley Cyrus. First off bling is in but this is kinda an overkill. But the much bigger question... Famous or not would you let you 16 year old daughter leave the house in that short of a skirt? Maybe I'm just old for my time but that is a little little to be wearing at her age. And she wonders why she has a creepy stalker... try not puttin it all out there for everyone to see, huh?

If It Wasn't For Her Tats....

Kat Von D was also on hand at the Teen Choice awards. Known for the show (originally on Miami Ink) L.A. Ink, and her over abundance of sweet tattoos, Kat showed off her new look as a blonde and a pinch thinner than we've seen her before. To be honest if it weren't for all the tattoos I wouldn't have known it was her right away.. She looks amazing, but what a change from the black hair.

Watch for Two Wheel Traffic This Weekend

As this weekend wraps up the largest most popular motorcycle rally in Sturgis South Dakota, this is just a friendly reminder that there will be a lot of motorcycle traffic on the highways. Please keep an extra eye out for all the folks on two wheels, most of them will be loaded down with luggage, unsure of all of the roads they're on, and probably dodging rain showers to get home. Just give em all a little extra room and help keep everyone safe. Remember motorcycles have equal rights as autos so don't get grumpy at them just because they are having more fun than you :)

Aerosmith Front Man Hurt After Fall

Steven Tyler, lead singer of Aerosmith fell from the stage and was injured wednesday night. The band was performing at the Buffalo Chip Campground during the huge motorcycle rally in Sturgis South Dakota. While singing 'Love in an Elevator' Tyler twirled around and stepped off the stage, he landed on some fans, cut his head and hurt his shoulder. Screech.. AKA Dustin Diamond = Broke

Think back to the day where you tight rolled your blue jeans, tie-dyed your tee's, and krimped your hair... Thats right, step back to the 90's and think about your friends Zach, Kelly, Lisa, AC Slator, and don't forget Screech. Thats right the cast from the show Saved By the Bell. It was interesting to hear that the cast got together for a reunion to check in and see what everyone was doing now. Everyone that is except Screech AKA Dustin Diamond, he was missing from the action. Maybe because he has nothing good to say about where he is now.

It turns out Diamond is broke... way broke. If you are a VH1 celebreality junky like I am then you remember a couple years ago Diamond was the "bad ass" on Celebrity Fit Club and he talked about his financial difficulties. He did a very short term in the adult film industry and also resorted to selling t-shirts on line for money. However he doesn't own the rights to use the name Screech so on his tee's he had to spell it Screeech... pretty sad.

Now we know just how much trouble he is in, the State of Wisconsin has had a tax lien against him for over $21,000 since January and he has made no attempt to pay. Looks like he needs to be Saved From the Bill.

Put Down The Phone And Drive

So we have all looked over and seen the person in the car next to us cruising at 60 mph, steering with their knee, and texting on their cell phone at the same time...Maybe you've even been guilty of this yourself... heck just this weekend more than once I saw teeny bopper girls riding their bikes one handed thru traffic while texting. And probably the craziest thing yet is to see someone on a motorcycle talking on their cell!

This pic is a prime example of what can happen when your phone is a distraction...

A tow truck driver in New York was juggling not one but TWO phones, he was texting on one and talking on the other. He wasn't paying attention and hit a parked car and then crashed his tow truck into someones swimming pool.

I wonder if he has an available phone to call for a tow truck?

Who Says There's No Drama In NASCAR!!

After a tough couple of months there seems to be no break in the drama for driver Jeremy Mayfield. To catch up... May 9th Mayfield failed a random drug test with a positive result for Methamphetamine. Of course he denies this and sued NASCAR, which is going to trial Sept. 13th. That was just the start of his problems, after hearing about the drug test NASCAR did an investigation, which after talking to his step-mother Lisa Mayfield she signed an affidavit claiming she say Jeremy take meth at least 30 times during 7 years.

That claim made Jeremy really mad and he did a series of interviews saying she was lying about his drug use and accused her of killing his father. Lisa now has a lawsuit against him for slander and defamation of character for $10,000 each count.

And who says there is no drama in NASCAR?

John & Kate Back On

TLC's Reality show, John and Kate Plus 8 will return next monday with new epsiodes, producers say there will be many changes. For instance, they have done away with the couch and now the interviews will be done with seperate chairs. They say you can also expect new first time adventures like Kate trying to set up a tent by herself, and John trying to cook. They also say that there maybe some dating going on too.

Now the hard part... we all need to be surprised by what they do, I mean the news covers more of their lives than the TV show, it seems like we already know what to expect.

Weinermobile Crashes In Wisconsin

Racine Wisconsin making news on TMZ.com website for having an Oscar Mayer Weinermobile crash into a house. It turns out that the driver of the mobile hot dog made a wrong turn down a dead-end street and when trying to turn around accidentally hit the gas instead of brake and shot the sausage into a house. I bet that was an interesting call to the insurance company... "My house was hit by a hot dog... no bologna!! ha ha ha..

Abdul Likely Not To Return To Idol

According to tmz.com is sounds as though Paula Abdul will not be returning for another season of American Idol. Her manager says that A.I. producers have been 'rude and disrespectful' for not offering Paula a new contract. In the past Paula has made a crazy 2.5 million dollars a year with idol (yet nothing close to Ryan Seacrests new contract for $15 million a year). TMZ was also told that is A.I. doesn't offer anything then Abdul will try to start a simular show, lets just hope it's not a trainwreck like her last show "Hey Paula". Drama, drama, drama.

Jackson Memorial Service planned

A public and private Memorial Service has been planned for Michael Jackson at his Neverland Ranch. Friday fans can pay tribute to the late Michael Jackson at the ranch, and there is a private memorial planned for Sunday.

As far a where he will be buried that is still a mystery however the mayor of Gary Indiana (Jacksons' birthplace) has been lobbying pretty hard for bringing Michael home. Of course it is only fitting to go back to your hometown, however it sounds like he is pretty excited only because if Michael is buried there it would put Gary, Indiana back on the map with a very popular tourist attraction. The mayor already thought that the perfect place for his grave would be right next to a proposed Jackson Family Museum and Preforming Arts Center... Hmmm handy location. As of Tuesday no confirmation has been made on that idea.

Michael Jackson Dies at Age 50

According to multiple sources including Associated Press, and the LA Times, Michael Jackson has died. At the time of this posting CNN is not confirming his death yet, but says he is in a coma at the hospital. TMZ.com was the first to report his death early Thursday afternoon. According to TMZ.com Jackson was already dead by the time paramedics arrived at his house, with a cause of death being cardiac arrest.

If this is true, a music icon is gone... even though he was a little off center he was still a major contributer to music is many ways and for that he will be missed.

Farrah Fawcett Passes

After a long couragous batter with cancer, the world said goodbye to the Charlie's Angel star. Farrah Fawcett passed away at 9:28am Thursday morning. She was surrounded with friends and family including fiancee Ryan O'Neal. Her son was not able to be there because he is in jail, but a petition has been filed for him to attend the funeral.

Alan Jackson's Floating Concert

I never thought I would say this... but I wished I lived in Alabama... only for a day though :) Because Alan Jackson will be preforming a floating concert... It will be the largest boating concert in the world... AND its FREE!!!! All you have to do float your boat out on the lake and your at the show. There will be about 3000 boats taking part of Aquapalooza in July on Lake Martin in Alabama... They sure do know how to throw a party down there.

Jason Aldean... He's Gold

Jason Aldeans third album called Wide Open has gone gold in record time. His first two albums took 12 weeks to reach gold status (or 500,000 albums sold) but in just 10 short weeks Aldeans newest album has reached gold. This album has at least two great songs... She's Country and Big Green Tractor, I recomend you run out and grab this CD, I think its great... He's not to bad to look at either (hee hee).

Mathew McConaughey and girlfriend Camila Alves have just announced that they are expecting their secong baby. McConaughey who just celebrated his first Father's Day as a dad said that next years Father's Day will be double the fun with two little ones. The new baby has a big brother in waiting... McConaughey and Alves gave birth to a little boy named Levi who will turn one year old next month.

T.R. Knight Goes from Grey's To Stage

Recently announcing that he will not be returning for another season of Grey's Anatomy George O'Malley...err T.R. Knight will be returning to the stage. His first big gig since Grey's will be in the theatre where he will be acting in the Tony award winning production of Parade. He says that after being away from theater for 5 years he is excited to return. It looks like this is just the begining of the return to the stage he is also in talks right now about heading to Broadway in 2010 for the production of Lend Me A Tenor.

After 30 Years She Says "Yes"

After 30 years of dating, one child together, and many proposals Farrah Fawcett said she will finally marry Ryan O'Neal. During an interview with Barbra Walters, O'Neal said he has fallen even more in love with her as he watches her battle cancer. Fawcett was diagnosed back in 2006 and is now fighting for her life. The full interview with Barbra Walters will air on ABC's 20/20 on Friday the 26th.

Katherine Heigl Will Return to Grey's

After a shocking season finale on Greys Anatomy leaving us all in limbo on whether or not Dr. Izzy would survive, we now have an answer. Katherine Heigl will return for the next season of Greys, at this point it is not known how much of the season she will be a part of but at least she is back. On a sad note T.R. Knight (Dr George O'Malley) will not be returning this season. If we keep losing people from the original cast I just don't think it could posibly be near as good of a story as it used to be... But I guess we'll just have to see.

Money Going Right Down The Drain

Could you imagine going to the mail box expecting the same usual bills and finding out that one of your bills jumped about 4000% since last month!! As if that wouldn't set you into a panic... now imagine being 99 years old and that bill being your water bill.

That is exactly what happened to Jeanette Cohen of Washington, she opened her water bill (which is usually only about $30) she saw that her balance due was $1181! Her water usage went from 3000 gallons a month to a whopping 140000 gallons. After calling the water company and plumbers to have her bill corrected she was told she will have to fight to get it corrected and is going to a hearing at the end of the month.

How crazy is that!!!

TMZ.com got a hold of the pics of Poison frontman Brett Michaels injuries that he suffered, after running face first into a stage prop at the Tony Awards. Adding insult to injury, Michaels is mad that the Tony people didn't show concern, he apparently thinks that if he was someone like Liza Minnelli or Dolly Parton they would have issued a statement of concern... I guess three seasons of VH1 Rock of Love celebreality TV doesn't put him on the same level.

While appearing on David Letterman thursday night, Paula never gave a straight answer whether she would be returning for another season of American Idol. He contract is coming to an end and if it get renewed or not is obviously double top secret classified.

What would you do with $232 million?

The winner of the biggest undivided lottery jackpot has finally come forward. This happy young cowboy was the lucky one to win the prize, his name is Neal Wanless a 23 year old from South Dakota. The jackpot couldn't go to a more deserving guy, he lives with his mom and dad trying to run a successful ranch. It turns out this couldn't come at a better time, their house was just repossessed, and they have falled behind on their propery taxes.

After taxes are taken this prize will go from $232 million to a mere $88.5 million, I think he may still be able to buy himself a new place to live with that.

Neal sounds like a good kid who was just trying to make ends meet, and can now do that. It's nice to see this go to someone who could really use it.

Kendra to Marry

Wedding bells will ring for the ex-girlfriend to Playboy founder Hugh Hefner. Kendra Wilkinson, from The Girls Next Door will be getting married very soon to pro football player Hank Baskett. The wedding will be a part of Kendras' new reality show called Kendra premiering on E! June 7th. While talking about the wedding dance Kendra said she and new husband will dance the first dance to George Strait's I Cross My Heart and the second dance will go to Hef himself and it will probably be something by Frank Sinatra.

Jon + Kate Under Investivation

Making even more news is the family of TLC hit reality show Jon and Kate Plus 8, not because they are unhappy and flirting with divorce; this time it is actually about the kids. It turns out that someone has filed a complaint with the Labor Dept. concerned that TLC is not complying with child labor laws. Of course TLC is saying they are following all the laws and are cooperating with the investigation.

I just wonder how many hours of the kids lifes being filmed is too many hours...

I'd say they maxed out about three seasons ago.

It seems like everyone is jumping on the reality show bandwagon. First VH1 with their never ending recycling of celereality stars, all the way to John and Kate plus 8 becoming the new hot drama. Just when we thought we were at the bottom of the well for ideas and "stars", the latest round of ideas have surfaced. Unfortunately for Jennifer Lopez her idea for a show was chopped after John and Kate blew up ratings.

Now Jessica Simpson has her bid in for a show, it is called The Price of Beauty where her and a friend travel around the world finding what people find beautiful and why. She will be trying peoples ideas on beauty and fitness secrets and addressing weight stereotypes.
