It seems everyone is talking about this new diet fad... the 17 Day Diet. Basically it involves a routine of working out for only 17 minutes a day and changing your diet to 4 different 17 meal plan cycles. One cycle is calorie reduction, another is the carb cycle, the protein cycle and the fruit/veggie cycle. Sounds simple and to good to be true, so is it?
