Madonna is branching out her empire to include a line of clothing, which she has cleverly named after one of her most famous songs 'Material Girl'. The clothing line is geared towards teenagers. However, stepping in to be the fun-haters is a company called LA Triumph Inc. they say they have been using that name since 1997.The clothing company has asked a judge to force Madonna to not use the name again and to turn over any profits it has made so far.
*My thought is... if anyone has the right to use the name 'Material Girl' it should be Madonna, and therefore shouldn't the tables be turned... she should sue them for using her song name without permission.
