Brett Favre confirmed on his website that he did indeed undergo ankle surgery to remove scar tissue and bone spurs that have been bothering him. Earlier this year Brett said that he was undecided on whether or not he would come back for another season with the Minnesota Vikings. He said that if he was going to come back and play he would have to have the ankle surgery. Well now he has confirmed that he had the surgery but no word yet on if he will be playing again. Knowing Brett we will find out just before the start of the season :)
