Best & Worst Dressed Of The Oscars

Last night was the Oscar Awards, so naturally it is time to see what everyone wore on the red carpet. It seems like most of the celebs didn't take a lot of risks. There really isn't anything that stands out as being horrible... but personally I would say that I disliked Mellisa Leo's dress and Cate Blanchett's dress. Judge Warns Lindsay "You are going to jail."

Today was just another day in court for Lindsay Lohan, who is accused of stealing a $2500 necklace. Logan's attorney listens to deals offered by the prosecution today, but heard a shocking warning from the judge. "If you plead in front of me, if this case is resolved in front of me, you are going to jail. Period." Spears Getting Sued For Newest Song

Country music's, The Bellamy Brothers are mad a Britney Spears for ripping off their song and their holding it against her. Britney's latest song 'Hold It Against Me' contains that line.. "If I said I want your body now, would you hold it against me?" Which happens to be very similar lyrics to The Bellamy Brothers song which contains the line, "If I said you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me?".
The Bellamy Brothers say that personally they have no beef with Britney, but professionally they feel completely ripped off. Which is why they are planning to file a multimillion dollar lawsuit for plagiarism.

Trevor Bayne Breaks NASCAR Records

He went from being completely unknown to the most talked about NASCAR driver in just a few short hours. On Saturday driver Trevor Bayne celebrated his 20th birthday, on Sunday he won the biggest race of the NASCAR season. Having only raced in 1 other Sprint Cup race, Bayne made jaws drop when on his 2nd Sprint Cup race and first 500 he was not only competitive but WON the Daytona 500... a goal that some of the biggest names in NASCAR still haven't accomplished. He is only signed on to run a handful of Sprint Cup races this season and isn't eligible to compete for rookie of the year, but I think great things are in Trevor's future. It's great to see a fresh start to the 2011 season.

NASCAR Remembers Dale Sr.

The mirrored sunglasses, the open faced helmet, his aggressive driving style; just a few of his traits that captured the respect and adoration of millions of NASCAR fans. This weekend as we kick off the 2011 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series with the Daytona 500 there is lots of excitement in the air, there is also some sadness as we remember that 10 years ago we lost NASCAR's great, Dale Earnhardt Sr. He was killed in a wreck on the last turn of the last lap of the 2001 Daytona 500.
As a fan I can remember that race in detail and remember the sadness when I heard the news, it took a long time to believe it was actually true. Dale seemed like he was invincible... but as they say he lived and died doing what he loved... bittersweet.

With a recent chance to redeem her reputation and regain popularity... it appears that Christina Aguilera messed up her chances again. After recently filing for divorce, messing up at the Super Bowl, and stumbling at the Grammy's, Aguilera just got another slap in the face by receiving a nomination for a Razzie for her performance in the movie Burlesque. Dale Jr. Knocked Off Pole For Daytona 500

The 'Super Bowl' of NASCAR races is this Sunday, kicking off the 2011 season is the Daytona 500. Starting the year off with some much needed success was Dale Earnhardt Jr, driver for the #88 car. He qualified for the pole position for this weekends Daytona 500, however he was robbed by Martin Truex Jr who tapped Jr. on the rear fender, sending him into the wall destroying his car. Yes Jr. has a backup car so he will be able to race BUT because he has to use a new car he is stripped of his pole position for the Gatorade Duels race tomorrow and the Daytona on Sunday. Tiger Woods just keeps going downhill. His personal reputation, his golf game and now his golf etiquette are slipping. While golfing in the Omega Dubai Desert Classic, one camera and one announcer caught Tiger breaking golf etiquette by spitting on the 12th green. The announcer had a fit saying it was disgusting that someone else may have to putt through Tigers spit. Tiger will be fined and undisclosed amount for the spitting.

If 4 Navy jets fly over a stadium and nobody inside saw them, is it worth the money?

Well a preliminary total of what it cost for the F-18 flyover at the Super Bowl has become available... lets just say that for a closed stadium game the price is crazy. It cost apox. $450,000 for the 4 F-18's to fly from Virginia to Texas for the open ceremonies of the Super Bowl. That is $450,000 TAX dollars... do you think it was worth it?

Falling Ice Injures Cowboy Stadium Workers

Just after the Dallas area received 5 inches of snow and ice, 6 stadium workers were injured when ice fell from the roof of the new Cowboys Stadium. Bystanders said it looked like snow drifting off the roof but when it hit the ground and saw people being knocked down they realized it was ice... big chucks of frozen ice. There were 2 major injuries, one man was hit in the head and another in the shoulder... the other 4 had less serious injuries. As of right now the stadium is roped off 100 feet from the building with only 1 entrance open. They are heating the dome hoping that will melt the ice before anymore can fall off.

Aguilera, New Boyfriend and Ex-Husband Live Together

According to US Weekly, singer Christina Aguilera and new boyfriend Matthew Rutler have some strange living conditions going on. Apparently the new couple also have Christina's ex-husband Jordan Bratman living in the same house as them. This is supposedly going on because Jordan doesn't want to move out of their $11.5 million mansion in Beverly Hills. Find out the latest on Christina Aguilera here.

Zsa Zsa's Husband Hospitalized

While actress Zsa Zsa Gabor has been fighting her own health battle, this time it is her husband who was the one in need of medical attention. On Wednesday Frederic Prinz van Anhalt passed out in an elevator at Ronald Regan UCLA Medical Center. He will be recovering there but is expected to be released in the near future.
Zsa Zsa on the other hand is back in the hospital after being released from having her leg amputated. She has been fighting an infection and doctors thought that amputation would help solve that problem. However earlier this week she was re-admitted to the hospital due to a fever and fluid in her lungs.

Western Wisconsin lucked out by riding the edge of this monstrous snow storm that is dumping snow all across the country. Our border neighbors in Chicago received 20+ inches today, stranding cars on the interstates, even overloading rooftops. To add to the chaos freezing temps and blizzard-like winds are making the battle even harder.
