Michael recently proposed to his girlfriend Luisana Loreley Lopilato de la Torre, who is a soap-opera star from Argentina. Jennifer Aniston Gets Restraining Order

There is a difference between being a fan and being just plain crazy. Aniston was able to get the courts to grant her a restraining order again a stalker who went just a little to far. Jason Peyton is longer allowed to follow around Jennifer, which is a good thing. He was put on a month long psychiatric hold after police detained him on July 20th for following Aniston around Los Angeles. When police searched him, he was found with duct tape, a sharp object and love letters to her. The restraining order is good for three years.
