What A Weekend!!

Yesterday the sky opened up a caused havoc from Minneapolis to Missouri. Strong storms and tornado's touched down in many areas including in our own back yard- right here is LaCrosse and Sparta. Yes we suffered alot of damage but lucked out way better than the people of Joplin Mo. a 6 mile path was plowed through that city- destroying a hospital, throwing cars around like toys and leveling homes. So far 89 people are confirmed dead and many injured. Thoughts go out to the people of Missouri and to the people here at home that are dealing with the destruction.

Bull=1 Ochocinco=0

Well he gave it his best but just couldn't hand on- full time football player turned 1-time bull rider, Ochocinco did not win his challenge. The CEO of the PBR challenged Ochocinco to Duluth Georgia to try and ride the bull Deja Blu. Ocho was paid $10,000 just for showing up- but had he rode the full 8 seconds he would have won a new Ford F-150 and been able to rename the bull. Winning the hearts and fans and sponsors Ochocinco donated his $10,000 in winnings to the 'Feed the Children' charity. Sponsors were so moved by that, so they decided to give him the truck, which he said he will give to one of his Twitter followers. Click here to see Ochocinco's bullride.

Banning Chocolate Milk In Schools?

With childhood obesity becoming more and more common- some schools in California and Florida are considering banning chocolate milk from the cafeteria. Chocolate milk, besides being tasty, is the easiest way to get most kids to drink their milk (which is necessary for their development). However school districts think that that 1 carton of chocolate milk a day which contains either corn syrup or sugar is what is causing kids to pack on the pounds.
I have to say that I disagree with saying chocolate milk is bad-- but hey if California wants to ban chocolate milk in schools- that is just that much less milk their state needs to produce, which will only help Wisconsin keep its title of the 'Dairy State'.

Hillary Clinton.. Too Sexy???

May 1st our countries leaders were all in the Situation Room of the White House as the mission that lead to the death of Osama Bin Laden. Look closely at the pictues above.. in one, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is pictured in and the other she has been photoshopped out of the frame. But why? The Hasidic newspaper Der Tzitung felt that as a woman Hillary Clinton was too sexy to show. There is another woman in the background who was also photoshopped out for being "too sexy". I'm not sure which is worse... Der Tzitung having woman issues, for disobeying direct orders that official White House photos are not to be manipulated, or for associating Hillary Clinton with sexy!

WE GOT HIM!!!

It is a great day for America... Congratulations to the soldiers who completed their mission.
Even though this is a huge moment and a lot of people feel like a battle has been won-
Please continue to pray for all of our soldiers... of all branches and rank, past and present and thank them for all that they have done to keep our country safe... And pray for the safety of all as warnings of retaliation are our newest fear.
God Bless America.
