On Saturday singer Katy Perry and comedian/actor Russel Brand were married in India. They were married on a tiger reserve which is also an exclusive resort, their ceremony was surrounded with lights and colorful flower garlands. This afternoon the newlyweds flew to Maldives, an island of the Indian Ocean Nation.
And it wouldn't be a rocker wedding if the authorities weren't involved... They are investigating the wedding party to see if they broke a late night noise ordinance that is in place to avoid disturbing the community and wildlife.

'Hiccup Girl' Accused Of Murder

Jennifer Mee reached what we thought would be the height of her popularity back in 2007 for having an incurable case of the hiccups. Nicknamed 'Hiccup Girl', Jennifer suffered from the hiccups for 5 weeks. She made appearances on news shows and even got to meet Keith Urban. Eventually the hiccups went away on their own and so did her fame.
Until now that is... Jennifer Mee is back in the news but for much more serious reasons... Murder. Mee admitted to being involved in the murder of a 22 year old man in Florida, by luring him into a building where he was robbed then shot. Miners Pact Falling Apart

As the world watched the 33 miners being rescued from the mine in Chile, we thought that is where the story would end, instead that is where the story begins. According to the miners, while they were underground the all made a pact not to talk about what went on in the mine, especially during the 17 days before they were found. The said they would wait until the time is right then talk/write about it together to make sure everything was told accurately. Some miners are now threatening to tell the story if they are paid enough, while some are already answering questions about what went on. The 33 miners from Chile have been above ground for a few days now, so why are they still wearing their sunglasses? Well doctors say that being in the dark for that long can actually damage the eye, and they take a long time heal and readjust to normal levels of light again. The miners are keeping in style though with their new shades that were donated by Oakley. The sunglasses their sporting cost a mear $180 per pair... but since the miners have been wearing them, Oakley has become the highest searched sunglasses company on the internet. Man Sues Strip Club After Being Poked In The Eye

A Florida man sues the Cheetah Club for an injury he suffered after getting to close to stripper. In 2008 Michael Ireland was poked in the eye by a stiletto shoe worn by "Suki" a stripper at the club while she was performing. The accident punctured his eye socket, broke bones in his face and caused permanent double vision. The strip club settled with Ireland outside of court for the amount of $650,000.

All Miners Safely Above Ground

All 33 miners were safely rescued from the collapsed mineshaft after 69 days underground. The first miner was pulled out last night and rescuers worked through the night and the final one was brought up this evening. What an amazing story I'm so glad it ended well for all. Swift just had a lawsuit filed against her and her parents by her former manager Dan Dymtrow. He discovered Taylor and got her signed when she was just starting out in 2004. He was then fired a year later, but now says that he is owed millions in commission for starting her career. This case will eventually find its way to a federal judge, but no trial date has been set. This happened on the 18th hole of the Ryders Cup this weekend. Pain was in the correct spot it was Tiger who hit the ball way wrong, sending the ball flying at Pain- who snapped this awesome shot before the ball connected with his face.
