Bret Michaels Back With New Reality Show

Hopefully you were one of the lucky ones who got to see Bret Michaels while he was in LaCrosse on Tuesday night. All you Bret fans will be excited to hear that you will be able to see more of him as he has a new reality show coming to Vh1. "Bret Michaels; Life as I Know It" will be a reality show that follows him, his two daughters Raine and Georgia and his girlfriend Kristi Gibson in their everyday life. It takes place before and after all of his medical issues.
The show will premiere on Vh1 on October 18th.

Pumpkin Shortage Is Over!!!! Whew Just In Time!

Breaking News!!!! Just in time for the Holidays the great pumpkin shortage is over! If you remember, for the last year it has been hard to find pumpkin items at the grocery store. The shortage started last year when much of the pumpkin farmland was flooded and there was issues with mold. Luckily this year was a great year for pumpkin farmers and they have plenty of product for Libby and other companies that process pumpkins.
So bring on the pumpkin pie... I am soooooo ready!

Acid Splashed Lady Admits She Lied

Remember hearing about the lady in Washington who state accused a stranger of splashing her in the face with acid? Many people pooled together with a fundraiser and came up with $28,000 in donations to help her. Well she just admitted that she lied and that she was the one who splashed herself to get free money. However she has just plead not guilty to theft for stealing the money she tricked people into donating. To date she spent $1500 of the $28,000. Her case goes to trial in December.

Idiot.

3 Capt's Quit 'Deadliest Catch'

Captains Andy and Jonathan Hillstrand and Captain Sig Hansen just announced that all three of them are leaving the show 'Deadliest Catch'. This announcement comes in the wake of the lawsuit between Discovery and the Hillstrand brothers. They are being sued for $3 million for breach of contract, and in support of the Hillstrands, Capt Sig is backing out too.

Including Capt. Phil who passed earlier this year, that makes 4 great parts of the show gone, it will never be the same and I doubt I will watch it anymore if the show continues.

Miners Mark 50 Days Trapped Underground

The miners in Chile have been trapped underground for 50 days now. Luckily their stay is being made as comfortable as possible. There is a small tunnel that has been drilled to the miners that provides water and fresh air, but it also provides them with other supplies and entertainment. So far the miners get three warm meals a day, ice cream, movies, phone calls, work, and other comforts. Rescue efforts continue and hopes are that the miners will be free by November. Gloria Estafan Spider-Mans Herself Out Window

A partial owner of the Miami Dolphins, Gloria Estafan, had to climb out the window of her luxury suite when she got locked in. Even after firefighters, security and locksmiths tried, but could not open the broken door to her suite, Gloria played Spider-Man and climbed out of her window into the next suite.

Segway Company Owner Dies In Segway Accident

Jimi Heselden the British owner of the Segway Scooter Company was involved in an accident with his Segway that turned out to be fatal. A witness said on Sunday that he saw a man fall over the 30 foot cliff. When authorities arrived they found Mr. Heselden in the river along with his Segway. No foul play was suspected.

Bret Michaels To Have Heart Surgery

Shortly after he plays here in Lacrosse Bret Michaels will be undergoing heart surgery. The procedure is set for January and it will be to fix a hole in his heart that he has had since birth. Doctors discovered this defect back when Bret suffered a brain hemorrhage and a stroke. doctors say that it is treatable. Read more about Bret's heart surgery here...

Lindsay Lohan Returns To jail

Well here's a shocker, after being released from an incredibly short jail time, and an even sadder attempt at rehab, LiLo failed her drug test. The judge that sentenced her last time showed no mercy as she was booked into jail instantly without the option of bail. She is set to stay in jail for almost a month until her next court date on October 22nd.

About time someone seriously did something strict with her.

After months and months of guessing and speculating, Fox has finally announced the new panel of judges for American Idol. Joining the original judge Randy Jackson will be... Jennifer Lopez and Stephen Tyler. The new season of A.I. will begin in January, it will be interesting to see if the new judges can make American Idol popular again.

Her agent confirms it, the newly married Penelope Cruz is pregnant! She recently wed Spanish actor Javier Bardem in July during a hush-hush wedding. She's now sporting a cute little baby bump, as she is 4 1/2 months preggo.

J.Lo To Be A.I. Judge At A Not So Low Price

So Jennifer Lopez will be the newest judge on American Idol. This after long negotiations for her contract, apparently however, she is not as a big a diva as she thought. She tried to get her contract to include roles in movies and TV shows along with a $15 million salary. Well when all is said and done she doesn't get the TV show or movie offers or the $15 million, but she does get $12 million.
The next question is, Is her opinion on musicians worth $12 million? I doubt it.

Mario Lopez 36, and his girlfriend Courtney Mazza 28, welcome the birth of their baby girl. The couple decided to wait to find out the sex of their baby until it was born. They are happy to report they had a baby girl and named her Gia Francesca Lopez weighing 6 pounds 4 ounces.
Mario is already telling people that he can't wait to have more kids! He says "As many as she'll give me... At least 3".

Gaga Speaks On Her 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' Meat Dress

This weekend was the VMA's, and of course Lady Gaga was the talk of the show with her unique and strange outfits. The one that caught alot of attention was her 'Don't ask, don't tell' meat dress. I think this was a very clever outfit, the dress, shoes, hat and purse all looked to be cut from slabs of meat. Post-VMA's Ellen Degeneres asked Gaga about her dress, and if there was any meaning to it. Gaga says that she wore that dress as a statement to bring awareness to the governments 'Don't ask, don't tell' policy, and how it effects her friends and fans.

Katy Perry Success With Songs Not With Album

Katy Perry has been a huge success with her chart topping songs like 'I kissed a girl' and 'California gurls' and her current single called 'Teenage dream' which hit the charts at #1. However her success with album sales has not been as good. Her newest album called 'Teenage Dream' was anticipated to be a huge success, but it isn't. Even though her songs are very popular, album sales are way down.

So why the bad luck? There were a couple of things working against her...her album was released too late (after California Gurls made it big) and because more people are choosing to buy their music one song at a time.

The Saints Go Marching On...

Well tonight officially kicked off football season, and it all started with the Minnesota Vikings taking on the New Orleans Saints at the Superdome. Snooki Busted For Annoying People....

If Snooki could be arrested every time she was annoying, she's have a permanent jail cell somewhere.

In July Snooki, from the show 'Jersey Shore' was arrested for being drunk in public and annoying beach-goers. Today she was sentenced to a fine of $500 and has to do community service. This summer she was at the beach and was making very loud, rude comments that offended and annoyed other beach-goers, to the point that she was arrested, she admitted that she was under the influence of alcohol and was not working on a scene for the TV show. She apologized to the police and the anyone else she bothered.'

However she still has the ability to be annoying.. a punishment we all have to deal with.

Well it is confirmed, Kat Von D and Jesse James are dating. They have talked with Access Hollywood and People Magazine about there new relationship. Kat says their relationship is new, but she's known Jesse forever, "Since I was 22" she said.
Kat goes on to say that Jesse is only her 9th boyfriend. When People Magazine asked if she thought Jesse was 'The One", she said "I believe he is, so yeah."

*Ok Kat is only 27 years old so 5 years isn't forever*

Goats Stuck On Bridge For 2 Days

They look like tiny dots but there are two goats on that bridge and they've been the talk of a small town in Montana lately. These little ladies wandered along the 6 inch ledge of this rail road bridge and became stranded on top of this pillar. And this was not a low bridge, the goats are actually 60 feet about the ground!!! Finally a man in a cherry picker was able to reach the goats and get them off the ledge safely.

Discovery Channel Building Held Hostage By Gunman

Today the building that is home to the Discovery Channel became a zoo when a gunman entered the building with a gun and a bomb strapped to himself. He took three employees hostage, and told police negotiators that he had a bomb that if he dropped it, it would explode. After hours of negotiating, police eventually shot and killed the gunman.
